OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU AS WE NAVIGATE THROUGH CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
As always, the safety and security of our patients and employees remains our highest priority during this time. We are doing everything we can to ensure your safety as the situation around coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve.
Cleaning Protocols
We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene on an ongoing basis, and we always follow the stringent requirements of the CDC and OSHA for hospital-grade disinfecting on a daily basis.
However, in response to the Coronavirus, we have instituted the following enhanced safety measures during this pandemic period:
Some things that haven't changed:
Appointments
If you have traveled to any high-risk areas within the past 14 days, have been in close contact with anyone who has tested positively or is under investigation for COVID-19, or if you are exhibiting any of the symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, or shortness of breath), we will need for you to call and reschedule any upcoming appointments. As always, if you contact us up to midnight the evening before your appointment, there is no fee. If you are trying to contact us after our regular business hours, please leave a voicemail.
If you do have an appointment, we ask that you do not bring family members with you. While we normally LOVE seeing your family members, for all of our patients' safety, we want to limit the number of people coming in and out of our office.
Our Staff
Our staff members are being encouraged to self-isolate at home and seek medical testing and care if they are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with anyone who has, or is being investigated for, COVID-19. (None of our staff members have been affected to date.) We continue to wear OSHA-mandated PPE (personal protective equipment such as gloves, masks, and protective eyewear) during all procedures.
Please rest assured that we are planning to continue serving our patients' dentistry needs throughout this time. If our hours change, we will post an update on this website and on our outgoing voicemail message. We will also contact patients who have affected appointments.
We are thankful for your support and grateful to be a part of such a great community. As such, we want to be responsible community members and do what we can to keep people safe and slow the spread of this disease. Our office will be available during normal hours to answer any questions you may have.

- We have removed the snacks from our waiting room, and coffee supplies and water cups are now available upon request
- We have removed the magazines from our waiting room
- Gloves are available to patients upon request
Some things that haven't changed:
- Our clinical equipment is ALWAYS sanitized and instruments are sterilized in between each patient to prevent ALL infectious diseases
- We use rubber dams when appropriate
- We use high-speed evacuation for dental procedures producing an aerosol
- We are diligent on proper protective equipment use and hand hygiene protocols
