We are Committed to Your Safety.
Our community has been through a lot over the last several months, and while much has changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.
Infection control has always been a top priority at our practice, and you may have noticed this during previous visits to our office. Our office follows infection control recommendations from the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are always up to date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued, and to ensure that our infection control procedures adhere to each agency’s most current recommendations.
In response to the coronavirus pandemic, you will see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. These heightened protocols will be in place until they are deemed no longer necessary.
These changes include the following:
Please rest assured that we ALWAYS disinfect all equipment and sterilize all instruments in between each patient, per ADA, OSHA and CDC guidelines. We are obsessive about cleanliness and safety.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we are taking to keep you, and every patient and staff member, safe in our practice. To make an appointment, please call our office at 512-260-0111.
We sincerely thank you for being our patient, and we look forward to seeing you!

In response to the coronavirus pandemic, you will see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. These heightened protocols will be in place until they are deemed no longer necessary.
These changes include the following:
- You’ll be asked some COVID screening questions when you arrive at our office. We will also be taking the temperature of all patients at check-in (and are similarly screening our employees twice every day).
- We ask that you wait outside (preferably in your vehicle) and respond to our confirmation text at (512) 528-6030 to check in when you arrive for your appointment. We will contact you when it is your time to enter the building. Also, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to allow for these additional screening procedures.
- We ask that you do not bring family members or other companions to your appointment unless absolutely necessary.
- Please wear a mask or other face covering into our office for use in the common areas.
- Please use hand sanitizer when you enter the office. We encourage to bring your own writing utensil for signing any paperwork.
- You will see that magazines have been removed from our waiting room; similarly, our children's playroom is temporarily closed. We will be disinfecting high-touch objects in our office common areas on an hourly basis. Coffee and water will be available upon request.
- Our clinicians may be wearing additional personal protective equipment (PPE) gear, such as face shields.
- For the time-being, during routine cleaning appointments we will be using the hand-scaling technique, with some possible low-speed tooth polishing. This is to reduce the amount of aerosols present within our office and is for your protection. Please rest assured that the cleaning you receive will be as rigorous as ever for removing plaque and tartar.
- A specialized mouth rinse known to kill COVID-19 will be given to all patients prior to treatment.
- We treasure all of our patients and always enjoy our time with you during your visits. Please note that in the short-term, our clinicians will not be escorting you to check-out like usual, and we will be limiting physical contact (like shaking hands).
- We ALWAYS strive for a waiting time of no more than five minutes at our office. However, we appreciate your patience and understanding while we adjust to these new work processes and disinfect the newly added protective equipment. If you have an urgent time consideration, please alert us in advance.
